He was predeceased by: his father James Broad. He is survived by: his mother Suzanne Lizotte; his wife Lorene Lizotte; his children, Hailea Manning and James R. Lizotte, Jr.; and his siblings, Nicole Lizotte, Richard Lizotte and Thomas Moore II. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
