Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint James Bethea leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his father James Bethea Galloway, Sr.; and his siblings, David, Mary Ann Galloway and Richard Knight Galloway of Charleston, SC.. He is also survived by six nephews, three niece, one great-niece, and two great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Charleston Community Sailing Program.
