With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jake Riley Dukes Sr. of Beaufort, South Carolina, born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on May 14, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James Asbury; his brothers, Terry, Bobby and Jimmy Dukes; his granddaughter Samantha Valis; his wife Linda Dukes; his sister-in-law Joyce Dukes; and his children-in-law, Randy Barnes and Tina Dukes.
He is survived by: his children, Jake Dukes, Jr., Mark Dukes, Sandy Davis (Ronnie) and Melissa Dukes (Bryan); his grandchildren, Amanda Guess (Payton), Justin Valis, Casey Davis (Kai), Morgan Dukes and Haley Boisclair (Tony); his great grandchildren, Collier, Adalyn, Aven, Cambry, Landon, Stryker, Logan, Benjamin, Chandler, Conner, Riley Grace, Delilah and Cohen; and his brother Don Dukes (Trudy).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Friends of Caroline Hospice.
