She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Richard William Finley and Helen Price Finley; her former husband Fletcher Sims Dean; and her brother John Price Finley. She is survived by: her children, Charles Robert Thompson, Jr., English, Carol Dean Erb (Walt) and Fletcher Sims Dean, Jr.; her grandchildren, Brent Alexander Walters, Chad Edward Walters, Jordan Dean Walters, Kate Dean Abbott (Thomas) and Amy Dean Hernandez (Eric); and her great grandchild Carter Dean Abbott.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Community Bible Church, Beaufort, SC or the Alzheimer's Association.
