With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Maddox of Beaufort, South Carolina, born in McClellanville, South Carolina, who passed away on June 18, 2021 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hazel Maddox to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, D. Kistler Seigler and Zelma Geiger Seigler. She is survived by: her spouse Major Kenneth R. Maddox Sr.; her children, Kenneth R. Maddox, Jr. (Missy), Jodi M. Watkins (Ben), Kelly M. Murphy and Lori M. Davis; and her siblings, Donald Seigler and Delores McCord. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in honor of Hazel's daughter, Jodi Watkins, who is currently battling cancer.
