He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jake" Devall and Nell Devall (Lollis); and his wife Mary Louise Devall (Phillips). He is survived by: his daughter Chris Coats (Tom); his granddaughter Lindsey Baker (Brad); and his sister Darlene Sales (Devall). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
