He is survived by: his wife Madeline Gauthier; his children, Everett Gauthier III (Nathalie), Philippe Gauthier and Lindsay Gauthier (Kyle Stack); his grandchildren, Samual Gauthier, Cedric Gauthier, Jazlyn Pitman, Loic Gauthier, Augustan Gauthier, Briana Stack, Blair Stack and Bradley Stack; and his siblings, Patrick Gauthier, David Gauthier, Margaret Ann Eilers, Paula Hardison and Marie Arcement.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested a memorial gift honoring Everett be made to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
