She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Kupske and Clara Maier Kupske. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Leo Cook of Beaufort; her children, Donald R. Cook, Thomas J. Cook (Beverly) and Karen O'Neill; her grandchildren, Sean Patrick O'Neill and Shannon Marie O'Neil Gaudalupe; and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Emily O'Neill and Noah Gaudalupe.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Cresent Hospice.
