He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wade H. Mangum and Katie Lou Horton Mangum; his wife Shirley; his children, Hobson Jerome Mangum "Jerry" (Kathy), Wendy M. Hair (Paul) and Robin M. Mangum; his grandchildren, William A. Carriger "Billy" (Ellen) and Kristen M. Schlicker (Colin); his great grandchildren, Kristina, Jack, Cody, Luke and Caiden; and his siblings, Bobby Mangum, Shirley Ramsey, Terry Mangum, Vickie Lane, Jimmy Campbell and Jerry Campbell.
