He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emmett Decker and Cora Decker; his sons, Emmett Carl III (Carlos) and Edgar Decker (Eddie); his daughters-in-law, Marcilene and Mary; and his grandchildren, Luiz, Narelle, Julien and Jacquelyn.
