She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hagofsky and Josephine Hagofsky (Susilek); her husband Michael Fornari; and her siblings, Stephen Hagofsky, Andrew Hagofsky, Ann Atherton, Helen Metro, Josephine Hagofsky, Frank Hagofsky, Albert Hagofsky, Joseph Hagofsky, Robert Hagofsky and Benedict Hagofsky.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Fornari (Cindy) of Hardeeville, SC, Karen Shiner (Peter) of Pittsburgh, PA and Laura Jones (Rayford) of Port Royal, SC; her grandchildren, Stephen Fornari, Nickolas Fornari (Veronica), Oliver Jones and Emma Shiner; her great grandchildren, Hunter and Olivia Fornari; and her brother Lawrence Hagofsky.
