She was predeceased by: her husband Joe H. Sprouse of Beaufort; and her parents, Josephus Guthrie and Sarah Hicks Guthrie. She is survived by: her close friends, Iva Lee Polk and Rose Raber; her children, Brenda O'Shields, Cheryl Sprouse of Beaufort and Joe H Sprouse Jr. (Evelyn) of Laurens, SC; her grandchildren, Angela Sprouse and Bianca Quinn; her great grandchild Veronica Quinn; and her sister Judy Conner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
