She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Bert Louis Shiflet; her parents, Laverne Casanova Wilson and Alvin Cockerham; her sons, Joshua Shiflet and Blake Shiflet (Qin); and her grandsons, Justin Shiflet and Cooper Shiflet.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to The Radiance Women's Center or Friends of Caroline Hospice.
