He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roosevelt and Lelya Estelle Garrison; and his brother Harold. He is survived by: his son Doug; his wife Barbara Sue Allen Garrison; his brother Lloyd; his daughter Dana Jo Garrison Mullins; his grandchildren, Dylan Mullins (Kayleigh), Dustin Mullins (Ellie) and Jennifer Mullins (David); his son James Douglas Garrison (Molly); and his grandchildren, Jessie Blackmon (Phillip) and Braden Garrison.
Memorial donations may be made to Carteret Street United Methodist Church (Beaufort, SC), the Lewy Body Dementia Association , or the Parkinson's Foundation.
