He is survived by: his granddaughter Lucy; his siblings, Louis Jr. (late Fern), Phillip (Susan), Kathy (Butch) and Debbie (Dennis); his brother-in-law Lane; his former spouse Fran Little (Smarr) of Weston, WV; his sons, Frank (Gail) and Tony; his spouse Gail De-Phillips (Quigley); his children, Carrie (Dominick), Chad of New Orleans, Loyd and Lance (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Mark (Rhonda), Molly, Phi, Preslie, Gracelyn, Ashley Lyn (Josh), Drake, Aiden, Ashley Rose, Melu (Nathan), Amber, Crystal (Kevin), Cathy (Taz), Ken III (Glenn), Kyle (Jamie), Korrey, Kristyn and Shauna; his sisters-in-law, Gail Holmes, Bobbie Ress and Millie Schuman; and also, Debbie (Jim), Linda Ken Jr. (Steve) and Kevin (Keith).
