She is survived by: her husband Robert Wayne Cummins; her children, Robert Wayne Cummins, Jr. (Jody) and Barbara Anne Cummins; her daughter-in-law Karen Cummins; and her grandchildren, Robert Wayne Cummins, III (Jessica), Jennifer Caskey (Jay), Sydney Derrick (Josh), Ryan Cummins (Emily) and Perry Cummins (Megan). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
