She was predeceased by: her father Merrill Middleton; her grandparents, Henry, Alvena Hazel, Martha and Merrill Middleton; her aunt Catherine Middleton; and her nephew Kendrick Webb.
She is survived by: her mother Lottie Hazel Middleton of Beaufort, SC; her siblings, Fredricka Webb (Willie) of Beaufort, SC, Gloria Smith of Beaufort, SC, Sandra Smalls (Samuel) of Beaufort, SC, Cynthia Chisholm (Carl) of Mebena, NC, Stephanie White (Frank) of Upper Marlboro, Marilyn Clarke (Andre) of Tucker, GA, Kathy Fulton (Verdell) of Beaufort, SC, Lorraine Searles (Michael) of Beaufort, SC, Carl (Angel) of Washington and Casser Middleton of Beaufort, SC; and her aunt Janie Hazel. She is also survived by fifteen nieces; eight nephews; a host of grand nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A Face Mask will be required for entry into the church.
