She was predeceased by: her parent Jerry Thomas. She is survived by: her mother Christine Boisclair; her stepfather Michael Boisclair; her children, Brianna Dunkin, James Smith and Ian Smith; and her siblings, Miranda Simons, Nate Thomas and Justin Calandra.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Food for the Poor.
