She was predeceased by: her parents, Joshua Frank and Lessie Amick; her husband V. V. Lewis; and her son-in-law Tommy Fox. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Fox, Carole Ricard (Freddie), Becky Hughes and Julie Ramirez. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
