It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Harmon of Batesburg, South Carolina, born in Gaston, South Carolina, who passed away on October 15, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Lucious and Sarah Ellen Donehue Spires; her husband Ellis D. Harmon; her son Alex D. Harmon; her siblings, Robert L. Spires and Doris S. Branch; and her son-in-law W. Carroll Richardson.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna H. Richardson; her granddaughter Jennifer A. Richardson; and her siblings, Larry J., Steve Spires and Annie Laura Sturkie.
