It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Larose Smart of Batesburg, South Carolina, born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on May 7, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Andrew Jackson and Ella Ruth Pyles Jackson. She is survived by: her children, Rob Smart (Deena), Kimberly Smart, Tracy Hedrick (Randy) and Marley Smart; and her grandchildren, Kodi, Kelsey, Tristan, Cheyenne, Sage, Maddie and Garrett.
