She is survived by: her parent Trannie Viola Shealy Amick; her sons, Wayne Boozer (Cynthia) and Thomas Boozer; her grandchildren, Brad Boozer (Laurie), Laura Boozer, Sara Boozer, Ashley Boozer and Amanda Shealy (Brooks); and her great grandchildren, Matthew and Jacob Boozer.
