He is survived by: his wife Sandra Whitman Hartley; his children, Michael Hartley (Melanie), Dena Smith (David) and Heather Hartley; his grandchildren, Megan, Maggie, Mason and MaKale; his great grandchildren, Travis and Gracelyn; his stepgrandchildren, Lindsay, Jena, Harley and Samantha; his sister Rita Sox (Robert); and his son Frankie Harris. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a long time friend.
