It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leland MacK Boozer of Batesburg, South Carolina, who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Rhodes and Frances Margaret Smith Boozer; his daughter Sandra Kay Soldo; and his wife Betty Jane Unger Boozer. He is survived by: his children, John and Rebecca Lynn Yonce; his grandsons, Joseph, Anthony Soldo and Josh Quattlebaum; his siblings, Joe Allen Boozer (Bonnie), Walter Steven "Steve" Boozer, Nancy Lynn Bevans (Pete), Margaret Dean Manchester (Art) and Hazel Gayle Boozer; and his close friend Ann Cotham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many extended family.
A memorial service will be held at a later date due to COVID-19.
