It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Koster Brown of Batesburg, South Carolina, born in Wagener, South Carolina, who passed away on November 24, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Courtney and Thomas Elton Brown, Sr.; and his brothers, Thomas Elton Brown, Jr., William "Bill" Brown and Courtney Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Gaynelle "Gay" Turner Brown; his children, Kerry Ray Brown and Charlotte Hope Brown Williams (Robert Lee Williams); and his grandson Graylon Turner Gossett.
