He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Patrick and Lillian Marie Hoffman O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Katricia Black O'Brien; and his children, John "Jay" O'Brien, Maureen Gallagher, Jackie Kozza and Erin O'Brien. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
