He was predeceased by: his father James Brown; and his brother-in-law Joe Singletary. He is survived by: his mother Clara Mae Brown; his wife Gail Padgett Brown; his children, James Curtis Brown (Kelli), Pedro Burgos (Melissa) and Jennifer Lynn Brown Watkins (Jamey); his siblings, Lutisusha Singletary and William Terry Brown (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Tristan, Selah, Micah, Josiah Brown, Abigail Watkins, Fernando and Genesis Burgos.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to U-Turn for Christ, Lexington, SC or a charity of one's choice.
