It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Padgett Brown of Batesburg, South Carolina, who passed away on November 12, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ellen Hall Padgett and Curtis Padgett; and her husband James O. Brown. She is survived by: her children, James Curtis Brown (Kelli), Pedro Burgos (Melissa) and Jennifer Lynn Brown Watkins (Jamey); her siblings, Kay Dorrell (Vernon) and William Padgett (Becky); and her grandchildren, Tristan, Selah, Micah, Josiah Brown, Abigail Watkins, Fernando and Genesis Burgos.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pure Puerto Rican Paso Fino Federation of America or Palmetto Pride Paso Fino Farm.
