She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Preston and Lizzie Hayes Warner; her husband Samuel W. Watson, Sr.; and her siblings, Birdie Hartley, Iva Livingston, Anne Oswald, Brooks and Dan Warner.
She is survived by: her children, Samuel W. "Billy" Watson, Jr., Benjamin P. "Benjy" Watson and Barbara Schneider (Rich); her granddaughter Lisa Kirkland (Keith); and her great grandchild Shelton Kirkland.
