She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rutland and Jeannie Rutland; her husband William "Rip" Ripley; her children, Bennie Walker and Darlene Holley; and her grandson Ricky Pou.
She is survived by: her children, Charles "Buddy" Ripley, Sr. (Frankie) and Donna Ripley; and her grandchildren, Nicole Walker, Rita Orear (Clay), Tonia Branham (David), Sara Holley (Jason), April Derrick (Willi), Elizabeth Powers (Robby), Adam Walker (Rebecca), Charles Ripley, Jr. (Kristine) and Robbie Pou. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and other extended family.
