He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur E Lewis and Sophie Lilly Lewis; his wife Mary Caroline Lewis; his children, Bobby Brewer and Robin Ziolkowski; and his brother Johnny Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Lewis, Tammy Tompkins (Ashley Craig) and Mark "Hoss" Brewer (Melissa); his daughter-in-law Andrea Brewer; his siblings, Chester Lewis, Patricia Meyers (Rick) and Carolyn Lewis (David Leah); and his sister-in-law Sandy Lewis. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
