He was predeceased by: his parents, Omie Lavoy "O. L." and Verlene Taylor Holley; and his daughter Mary Ann Holley. He is survived by: his children, Jon Wayne Holley, Marty Holley Henry (Marty) and Cassandra H. "Cassey" Holley (Fruit Cake); his brothers, James V. "Jimmy" Holley, Michael T. "Mike" Holley and Edward L. "Eddie" Holley (Sara); and his grandsons, Gary M. Henry III (Najee) and Brady Tyler Gantt.
