She was predeceased by: her parents, Sara Frances Cook O'Neal of Leesville and Ethen Leon of Leesville; her sister Beverly Elaine; and her husband Clyde O'Neal. She is survived by: her children, Debra O'Neal Oswalt, Karen O'Neal Boatwright (Tommy), Dean O'Neal and Whit O'Neal (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Davis Saunders, Kristy Boatwright Davis, Ryan Boatwright, Faith O'Neal-Roberts and Stephen O'Neal.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Barr-Price Funeral Home Batesburg-Leesville Chapel (256 Main St, Leesville, SC 29070). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at the Cedar Grove Lutheran Church Cemetery (1220 Cedar Grove Rd, Leesville, SC 29070).
