She was predeceased by: her parents, Nell Taylor and Clarence Taylor; her stepdaughter Gina Smith; and her granddaughter Emily Smith. She is survived by: her husband Garner Matthews; her sons, Steven Payne (Margaret) and Eddie Payne; her brothers, Mike Taylor and Bobby Taylor (Suzanne); her grandchildren, Justin Smith, Haley Robinson (Scott), Erin Norton (Jack), Christian Stoddard and Shannon Payne; and her great grandchildren, Garrett, Abilene Robinson, Leila and Garner Norton.
