She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sidney and Mattie Wooley Harmon; and her husband Thomas H. Derrick. She is survived by: her children, Cecil R. Derrick, James E. Derrick, Mary Jane McCarty (Jimmy) and Patricia Ann Hamilton (Chuck). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
