She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Cook and Lona Bell Bodie Cook; her spouse Pleamon Parker Paulk; and her sister Mable Rhoden. She is survived by: her niece Taylor (Bill); and her nephews, Allen Rhoden and Robert Rhoden (Debra). She is also survived by several grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.
