He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Cecil Miller Sr. and Katherine Boatwright Miller; and his sister Frances Boatwright. He is survived by: his wife Frances Gantt Miller; his daughters, Penny Dietz and Wendy Green (Travis); his siblings, Doris Easler (Oscar), Freida Cockrell (Garvin), Joyce Troutman (Wayne), Wilbur C. "Doodlebug" Miller, III (Paula) and Diane Shull (Haskell); and his grandchildren, Dakota Miller (Brittany), Miller Dietz, Watson Dietz, Raegan Green, Addie Green and Kingston Green.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barr-Price Funeral Home Batesburg-Leesville Chapel (256 Main St, Leesville, SC 29070). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Hulon Baptist Church (133 Hulon Church Rd, Batesburg-Leesville, SC 29006). A burial was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at the Hulon Baptist Church Cemetery (133 Hulon Church Rd, Batesburg-Leesville, SC 29006).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hulon Baptist Church Children's Playground Fund, 133 Hulon Church Road, Batesburg SC 29006.
