With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Terry Harwell in Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina, born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on October 1, 2020 at the age of 59. He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin Walker Harwell and Dora Lee Harwell Mathers. He is survived by: his pets, Hank and Lefty; his children, Michael Jason Harwell of Lexington and Shianne Hope Jernigan (Amber) of Aiken; his siblings, Johnny W. Harwell, Toby C. Harwell (Tammy), Nickey W. Harwell and Audrey Harwell Lorence; his grandchildren, Brayden and Jayden; and his close friend Shirley Richardson. He is also survived by three nephews, a niece, four great nephews, one great niece.
