It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Stephens Ayers (Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina), born in Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on March 25, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hezekiah Stephens and Beatrice Wilson Stephens; her husband Archie C. Ayers, Sr.; her former husband Porter L. Kelly; her sons, Ralph, Alex Wayne, Larry R. and Donnie Ray Kelly; her siblings, Rudolph Stephens and Faye Prittchet; and her grandson Alex Kelly.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Dean Kelly; her grandchildren, Celeste Kelly, Mariann Kelly, Patricia Kelly, Billy Kelly, Stephen Kelly, Andrea Lee, Jennifer Smith, David Kelly, Alisa Stokes, Stacey Johnson, Shawna Woodley and Kelly Williamson; her daughter-in-law Carol Kelly; and her friend Brenda Augustin.
