It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lonnie Driggers (Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina), born in Aiken, South Carolina, who passed away on July 14, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Coye Lee and Pauline Foley Driggers; and his brother Charles Martin Driggers. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Lee Driggers; his children, Christine Deason (Richard) and Michael Driggers; his grandchildren, Matthew and Kara Deason; and his siblings, Mary Ann Brunson (Davy) and Randolph Coye Driggers (Lois). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warriors Foundation, Paralyzed Veterans of America or the Gideon's International.
