She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Shealy and Viola Shealy; her son Darrell Frye; her husband C. O. Grice; and her siblings, John, Lathan, Lamar, Melvin, Graham Shealy, Myrtice, Vilette Shealy and Lois Craps.
She is survived by: her siblings, Juanita Harmon, Evetta Gleaton, Olivia Kirkland and Garlyn Shealy; and her children, Marion Frye (Judy) and Teresa Waters (Ronnie). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
