He was predeceased by: his parents, Desola and Janet; and his brothers, Julian Gunter and Morris Gunter. He is survived by: his daughters, Des'ola Mecozzi, Adrienne Price and Melanie Price; his wife Elizabeth Gunter; his grandsons, Bjorn Mecozzi, Tony "Bud" Price and Jacob Price; and his siblings, Annette Thibault, Sammy Gunter (Peggy) and Bruce Gunter (Susan).
