He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Law Workman Parler and John Wilmot Parler, Sr.; and his siblings, Mary Louise Parler Graydon (Frank) and Samuel Graham Parler, Sr. (Carolyn). He is survived by: his wife Ann Miller Parler; his children, John W. "Bill" Parler, III (Sheri) and Robin Parler Taylor (Chris); and his grandchildren, Dustin Parler, Britt Taylor and Cloe Taylor.
