He is survived by: his wife Dian Glenn Wine; his children, Beth Wine Clifton (Mark) of Rock Hill, SC, Julie Wine Best (Burrell) of Columbia, SC and Glenn Allen Wine of Charleston, SC; his grandchildren, Vilena Elise, Ruthie Ann, Nathan James Hrebar, Glenn River, William Lake Wine, Elise Caroline, Olivia Renae and Brycen Guerard Best; and his brother Lee Fredrick Wine of Washington, DC..
