She was predeceased by: her husband Walter D. Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Harlyn K. Warren; her granddaughter Kaylyn Warren; her sisters, Barnette T. Scott, June Riggs (Larry), Pam Taylor (Davis) and Angel Marvin; and her parents-in-law, Ann W. Amick, Gregg and Jan Long. She is also survived by two nieces and five nephews; four great-nieces and three great-nephews.
