Matthews (Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina), born in Batesburg, South Carolina, who passed away on November 2, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Heyward B Matthews and Louise Lorick Matthews; and his brother Robert Chevis "Ted" Matthews.
