He is survived by: his wife Diane Giresi Spradley; his sons, Christian "Chris" Spradley (Christy) and Edward "Chip" Spradley (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Reece, Morgan, Marissa and Brett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Batesburg-Leesville Fire Dept.
