She was predeceased by: her parents, Welton Eugene "Webb", Sr. and Lois Cockrell Waters; her former husband Franklin Derrick; her husband John A. Mullins; and her siblings, Welton E. Waters, Jr., Dale Waters, Marilyn Waters, Linda Waters, Jean Frick and Cynthia Baughman.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Wooten (James); her grandchildren, Brett McGee, Ashleigh Eagerton (Eddie) and Michelle Jaco; her great grandchildren, Calissa "Cali" McGee and Chandler McGee; and her siblings, Terry Waters, Michael Waters, Mary Kinard and Loris Yonce (Walt Gladden).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Wittenberg Lutheran Church (233 N Lee St, Leesville, SC 29070). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Wittenberg Lutheran Church Cemetery (233 N Lee St, Leesville, SC 29070).
