He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Hildebrand and Edna England Hildebrand; and his brother Larry Hildebrand. He is survived by: his sons, Donald L. Hildebrand, Jr. and Zane Hildebrand (Marie); his sisters, Dusty and Susie Gotchal; his grandchildren, Lee, Nikki, Zack, Michael, Jason and Stephen Hildebrand; and his great grandchild Briaunna. He is also survived by great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warriors.
