He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Rankin and Effie Hartley Rankin. He is survived by: his wife Cornelia Blackwell Rankin; his daughters, Tammy Edwards (Larry), Wanda Higingbottom (Ronnie), Tracy Stone (Dana) and Wendy Bordeaux; and his grandchildren, Alex Steele (Shaun), Logan Stone (Stephanie), Amanda and Chase Bordeaux. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
